New York Giants’ James Bradberry gifts teammates...

‘Tis the season of giving, and NFL locker rooms are no exception. For New York Giants cornerback James Bradberry, this year he was particularly excited to share his gift with his teammates.

Bradberry gifted his teammates the “ChiliSleep” sleep system, which is fitting for a gift from one NFL player to another, as it helps speed up the recovery of the grueling schedule.

This year, Bradberry was particularly excited to give his teammates a gift:

“Yeah, so I wanted to get my teammates, my DB’s something they could use and something that they couldn’t sell or take back,” Bradberry told Giants Wire. “So I thought about something that impacts me and I’m all about getting my good night sleep and getting my rest and good nutrition so I thought about getting them the ‘ChiliSleep’ system, and that’s how the idea came about.

“It’s a violent sport so your body needs to recover from that, so one of the ways to recover is getting a good night’s sleep. Of course, we have a jam-packed schedule during the week but on our off days on Mondays and Tuesdays we have plenty of time to catch up on our sleep on those days so that’s probably when the systems will be used for most guys — on Mondays and Tuesdays.”

This is the first time Bradberry is gifting his teammates in bulk. The benefits of his gift will no doubt be appreciated by his teammates, both young and old.

Recovery for the Giants, and all NFL players, is more important than ever given the fact that the league has moved to a 17-game schedule.
