The New York Giants activated just one player from their practice squad ahead of a Week 14 game against the Arizona Cardinals, and that came by way of rookie defensive back Jarren Williams.
Williams, an undrafted free agent out of Albany by way of St. Francis College in Pennsylvania, originally signed with those very same Cardinals in April. However, he was released before training camps even began back in July.
Two weeks later, Williams was scooped up by the Giants and his impact was felt immediately.
